About consequences of monetary policy of the Russian Federation

On the basis of expert opinions and previously unpublished archival documents the article formulates a conclusion about the defaulted payment crisis and criminal privatization. The authors note that along with the raiding, they have become very serious problems, provoked by the short-sighted state economic policy, a powerful factor blocking the modernization processes.
