The article considers the problems of compensation of the moral damage inflicted to victims of the road traffic crimes. The author deals with the regulations of the criminal procedural and civil laws regulating these issues, as well as the forensic law enforcement practices defining the legal relationship in terms of the moral damage compensation and its size.
