On the right of RF citizens for education in terms of scientific-technical progress conditioned by labor law

Such concepts as "education", "labor law" and "scientific-technical progress" are looked into. Workers' education rights are considered in the light of Labor Law. Some debatable issues such as vocational training have been raised. A necessity for essential rebuilding of the training system as a vital pre-condition to promoting scientific-technical progress is proved.
