Building on the right

The paper analyzes the possible legal consequences of the introduction of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation of a new type of property right – the right to development. Consider the contents of the contract granting the right to development (the terms, conditions and price change other substances), authority of the person to whom the owner of the land will be given the right to development. It is concluded that, in terms of providing opportunities often change fee for the right to development are obvious advantages of the new legal structure.
