The article is devoted to analysis some of the causes of distortion official statistical accounting crimes.The manipulation of crime statistics is due to the fact that it is based evaluation of the activity of law enforcement bodies and disciplinary practice.Official records must be released from departmental influence.We propose a new principle for the evaluation of activity of bodies of internal Affairs.Official statistics indicate the status and growth performance and quality of the activities of investigative bodies should be in court.
