The article discusses new legislation on using technical means of video recording by the police officers while applying measures of administrative support in the field of traffic. The procedure for applying the technical means of video recording is seen as an alternative to the participation of witnesses while ensuring the proceedings of administrative offense in the sphere of traffic.
