On the issues of de-offshorization of Russia’s economy

The article presents the author’s opinion concerning the report “De-offshorization of the Russian economy. Ways and measures”, developed recently by a group of experts at the Centre for System Analysis. The author expresses criticism on a number of provisions outlined in the report. The article proposes definite measures contributing to the de-offshorization of Russia’s economy.
