On problems of law-enforcement practices in the sphere of cashmastic relations

The article deals with issues related to the suspension by the registration authority of the rights of state cadastral registration of real estate. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the legislator introduced a pre-trial appeal procedure to reduce the number of litigations in the sphere of cadastral relations and judicial expenses in such categories of cases. The practice of the work of the appellate commissions is analyzed, suggestions are given on improving the work of such commissions and normative legal regulation of activities of all participants in cadastral relations.
