On the problems of investigation of motor vehicle crimes: the advocates's view

The purpose of the work is to analyze various issues of investigation of motor vehicle crimes from the position of a defense lawyer in a criminal case. The method of system analysis, the formal legal method, the method of studying documents, the method of included observation were used. The significance of the work lies in the fact that it contains proposals for improving advocacy, investigative and judicial activities in the investigation and consideration of criminal cases of crimes in the field of road safety and vehicle operation.Errors and shortcomings in establishing the circumstances of road traffic accidents have been identified, entailing the prosecution of innocent persons and related investigative, expert and judicial errors.
