About the problem of self-security of Russia with fruit and berry products

Russia has not yet achieved self-sufficiency in fruits and berries, and to achieve it, it is necessary to solve a number of problems. The article discusses the main trends in the development of fruit and berry products and the efforts of the state to support this branch of agriculture. The "road map" approved by the Government outlined ways to accelerate the development of fruit and berry products. Experts note that the laying of new gardens should be comparable to those that are being decommissioned. Particularly important is the construction of new modern fruit storage facilities. It is necessary to take a comprehensive approach to the formation of the entire fruit and berry sector.
