At present, there are procedural gaps in the application of antimonopoly legislation in the process of handling complaints against the organizer of tenders for the sale of distrained property. The author considers that it is necessary to obtain juridical security in the mechanism for restoring the rights of trading participants as a result of their challenges to the illegal acts of the organizer of the tender.
