About the Federal law draft "About modification of the Code of Penal Procedure of the Russian Federation (about additional guarantees of independence of lawyers when rendering the qualified legal aid by them in criminal trial)"

Purpose: A formulation of remarks according to the Federal Law draft «About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (about additional guarantees of independence of lawyers when rendering the qualified legal aid by them in criminal trial)». Methodology: The author used comparative and legal and legallistic methods, a method of legal forecasting. Results: In article remarks according to the Federal Law draft «About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (about additional guarantees of independence of lawyers when rendering the qualified legal aid by them in criminal trial)» are formulated. Remarks are directed to improvement of a yuridiko-technical component of provisions of the bill and consideration of other urgent problems of a legal regulation of professional privileges of the lawyer as participant of criminal trial. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the scientific and practical value as represents results for the first time of the conducted research of the new Federal Law draft.
