About the project of the technique of the assessment of labour input and cost research and developmental works

In the fourth article of this series the technique of an assessment of labor input and cost of scientific researches is given in system of Emergency of Russia. At insignificant completion the technique can be used and in other federal bodies executive power at definition of expenses of scientific work.
