Currently, the problem of collecting, processing, cataloguing, classification, systematization of folk music samples has a global significance for musical culture, since it is necessary to save and preserve these samples for future generations before it's too late. This problem is essential for science and humanity, since it is an important part of the spiritual world preservation. The article describes the project on creation of intelligent system of cataloguing and analysing of the world's peoples music. The authors discuss its main problem, conceptual and logical framework.
