About countering the dissemination of information on criminal subcultures in the middle of minors

The article examines the influence of the criminal subculture «AUE» from the point of view of spreading malicious information in the «Internet» network. The issue of legal regulation and the problem of determining the type of such information, as well as the necessary measures of response from law enforcement and prosecutors are analyzed.
