Concerning public contracts concluded by public entities in the Republic of Latvia

In the framework of comparative legal studies dealing with the legal entity concept the article considers the questions of the legitimate definition of public contracts, which could be concluded by public figures in the Republic of Latvia. The author describes a cooperation agreement, an administrative contract, a contract of delegation, and a participation agreement.
