About ways to deal with life safety and municipal organizations

The article describes the issues of the problem of safety of human life, areas and places of residence at two administrative levels: in municipalities and organizations. The ways to solve this problem at all levels of government - from the President and the Government of the Russian Federation to the leadership of the municipality and the head of the organization (the object).
