On the calculation of charget particle paths near curvilinear surfaces

The paper presents a method for calculating trajectories near curvilinear surfaces, which consists of positioning, interpolation and calculation proper stages. Twelve kinds of calculation region boundary intersections with the rectangular grid meshes were established. An algorithm has been developed for interpolating electrostatic field functions over the grid mesh portion formed by the calculation region boundary intersection with the grid mesh.
