On explanation of the nature of criminal law relations

Introduction: in the light of the laws of good and evil, legal liability and the increasing marginal utility of criminal penalties, the classical curve of demand for crimes by criminals is obtained on the example of Russia for 2018 and 2017, that is, the dependence of the number of crimes on the prices of crimes established by the state, as well as the non-classical curve of supply of crimes coinciding with the demand curve, and always providing a balance in the crime market. Materials and Methods: mathematical analysis - differential and integral calculus; statistical methods - pair and multiple correlation and regression analysis; econometric methods for the study of time series and spatial (cross-sectional) data: least squares method, double logarithmic model, Granger, Ramsey, Dickie-Fuller tests, Schwartz criterion, the use of instrumental variables, DL and ADL models; microeconomic methods - analysis of supply and demand curves, price elasticity of demand were used...
