On the development of pupils oral speech at the lessons of the Russian language

This article discusses the answers of pupils at the lessons of the Russian language. The observations show that the pupils are not able to select the material required for response, they often fail to think over its composition, they do not prepare in advance illustrative material etc. In such cases, the oral response is spontaneous to some extent and it is of little use for speech development.
