On the reduction of accepted alternatives in the management decision-making process

Бесплатный доступ

On the basis of Bohr’s complementarity principle, the analogy between the collapse of the wave function of the quantum system and the reduction of alternatives at the moment of choosing a managerial solution has been considered. The features of the use of mutually additional concepts in the choice of decisions, connected with the presence of the decision-maker goal of management, were discussed. Attention is drawn to the fact that at the moment of transition from thinking to volitional act of controlling influence the state of decision-making situation can be formally presented in the form of a superposition of alternatives, and as «measured» is the only chosen alternative. Within the framework of the complementarity principle, it is stated that the finding of the preferred alternative and its realization through appropriate control action is similar to the action of the measurement on the quantum object.
