Regulation of entrepreneurship development of the Rostov region grain market: region mechanism

The article treats issues on functioning of the regional grain market in Russia and its regulation at the Federation subject level. An analysis of the existing mechanism of the governmental regulation of the grain market in the Rostov region is completed, some regulation problems are addressed, and appropriate recommendations on its improvement are given herein. The outcomes may be used in elaborating concepts of a long-term regional program of the grain market development.
