On risks in the parallel import scheme

The legalization of parallel imports has become one of the most discussed topics of the current year. Considering the current geopolitical circumstances of the adoption of this decision, it is necessary to consider further prospects for the existence of this distribution scheme. The authors of this article analyzed the main risks and their causes associated with parallel imports. The study of these risks, which are based on regulatory issues, the specifics of the cross-border movement of goods and the organization of supply chains in a new environment, is a topic for further research.
