On the role of civil law contracts in the regulation of housing relations

The article is devoted to the study of the contract as one of the regulators of housing relations. The main approaches to understanding the contract and its role in regulating public relations are considered. The place of civil law contracts and other individual acts in the mechanism of legal regulation of housing relations is determined. The author's concepts of the category’s “contract” and “contractual regulation of housing relations” are presented.
