On the role of the national representation in the formation of agriculture in the Buryat-Mongolian ASSR in the 1920s-1930s

On the base of unstudied archival documents of the State Archives of the Republic of Buryatia, the article examines the activities of the National Representation of the Buryat-Mongolian Autonomy (BMASSR) in Moscow for the development of the agricultural industry of the republic in the 1920s-1930s. The Buryat-Mongolian Representation, as a link in the emerging federal system of state administration, influenced by its activities the political processes, socio-economic formation and cultural transformation of the Buryat autonomy.
