About the role of implementation of state and national projects in digitalization of Pension Fund services in Russia

This review article shows how the digital economy, information and communication technologies affect the provision of digital services to the public by government authorities, including the state extra-budgetary fund, as well as the Russian Pension Fund (PFR). The digitalization of public services is considered in the context of the implementation of the state program «Information Society», the Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation and the National Program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation». In the work, the author made an attempt to sequentially determine the impact of these programs on the digitalization of FIU services. The impact of the state program «Information Society» on the provision of public services of the FIU in 2016-2018 is assessed. Since the launch of the National Digital Economy program in 2019, its impact on the digitalization of the services of the Russian Pension Fund has been evaluated.
