About the role of UPK RF in prevention of crimes

In the article talked about influence of ugolovno-protsessual'niy code of a Russian Federation on activity of public servants, carrying out a criminal trial, on prevention of crimes. It is underlined that setting of criminal trial of Russia, except for the transferred positions of item 6 UPK of Russian Federation, there must be rapid and complete crime detection, exposing of guilty and providing correct application of law, strengthening of legality, prevention of crimes, guard of interests of society.
