About systematization of the information-analytical base of management inventory of construction in progress in domestic practice

The article discusses the systematization of the information-analytical base of the management inventory of construction in progress, proposed by the authors to conduct, as part of the implementation of a systematic approach to reducing the volume and number of construction in progress, resulting from the implementation of investment projects with state participation. The sources of information and a list of primary documents that are formed in practical activities during the design and construction of the property are highlighted and should be archived as the investment project is implemented. A detailed analysis of the content of materials that should be used in the process of management inventory, and the features of the methods of data research in the context of each of the documents. In the context of each of the sources proposed for consideration, key positions are identified that should be investigated in the inventory process in order to determine the data presented in them the actual state of affairs. It is noted that subject to the formation of an information-analytical base for the management inventory of construction in progress in the presented analytical sections, which is currently being formed in practice haphazardly, their objective function and the method of involving developers and government bodies of the Russian Federation in the economic turnover can be justified, in including the main managers of budget funds.
