About the system of monitoring compliance with the European social charter

Purpose: Analysis of problems of control of observance of the European social charter. Methodology: Historical-legal and formally-legal method are used. Results: The main measures for implementation of a number of the organizational and legislative measures directed to enhancement and a pravovuy regulation of procedures for implementation of control over observance of the European social charter in the Russian Federation are allocated in this article. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the scientific value as in it the control mechanism of observance in the Russian Federation of regulations of the European social Charter is offered.
