The content of the concept of "competition law"

The article deals with the issue of whether there is such an independent branch of law as competition law. The problem of the correlation of competitive relations and property relations is analyzed. The author analyzes the characteristic features of a branch of law, institute of law, and concludes that there is no such independent branch as competition law.
