On correlation of the notions «proof», «material evidence» and «probative matter»

The paper analyses some issues on modernization of the civil process science in the Russian Federation applying the method of comparative science of law in reference to the terms of probative law. The author outlines some improvements towards acting legislation and their practical implementation in this sphere.
