The author compares the concepts of «land dispute» and «property dispute arising out of land relations». Proceeding from the analysis of the relevant norms of legislation and legal literature, it concludes that these concepts are correlated as general and particular, and the term «land dispute» is generic in relation to the notion of «property dispute arising out of land relations».
