On the relations of uncertainties in the information-time-resources tryad arising in the decision-making process

The problem of choosing management decisions under the conditions of limitations of the information necessary for decision-making, time and other resources is considered. Based on the semantics of the Bohr complementarity principle in its macroscopic interpretation, the heterogeneous relationship of parameters characterizing the degree of uncertainty of the decision-making situation is analyzed. The relations of uncertainties linking the information generated by the decision-maker, time and other resources spent on decision-making are formulated and justified. Attention is drawn to the three-parameter nature of the optimization problem under discussion.
