On the status and future prospects of research related to the investigation of traffic offences

This article analyzes the available dissertations, both defended and registered in the investigation of traffic offences. The author suggest a classification of such research according to investigation methods, tactics of individual investigative actions, features of the organization of the investigation; features of the use of special knowledge. In addition, it is proposed to create investigative techniques of crimes under study.
