On improvement of land management and development of regional inventory in the Russian Federation

The author analyzes in detail the current state of land in Russia. Concludes on the need to dismantle the existing serious shortcomings in the organization of the use, reproduction and protection of land and resource potential of the land through a consistent, economic, environmental, demographic and technological policy. Project proposes a single system (structure) of land management in the Russian Federation, developed on the basis of domestic and international experience.
