About development of technology for output of agricultural production at current state of the agroindustrial complex

The author analyzes the economic-organizing and the soil-climatic conditions on current stage of the agroindustrial production in Russia. It was shown, that rise in price of means of production, tendency to reduce of soil fertility, worsening of environment ecology, predictable global change of climate may cause the decrease of level and stability of agricultural production and food safety in country. In created conditions the author suggests the complex and the differential use of genetic and natural resources and also of man-caused factors. This provides for optimization of genetic parameters of plants, apply of other ways for the increase their resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses, creation of resistant varieties and hybrids of agricultural crops, rise of soil fertility and other.
