About the modern conceptual apparatus judicial expertology

The article shows the genesis of the conceptual apparatus judicial expertology. Considered different approaches to the formulation of the main concepts of this science. It analysis scientific approaches of scientists to the problems solution in forensic activities. Author's definitions of strategic concepts of forensic examination are suggested. The characteristics of the internal expert's beliefs of and expert's healthy skepticism are cited.
