The article is devoted to modern approaches to the risk management of TNCs in the consumer sector. The external and internal factors that influencing TNCs of the consumer sector to implement integrated risk management are investigated. The advantages and benefits of integrated TNC risk management are highlighted. On the example of TNC Unilever, a modern system of risk management by international companies in the consumer sector is considered.
