On the modern method of resolving legal disputes

Article deals with problems of development of the judicial system in Russia. The author shows the advantages of dealing with disputes in arbitration as compared to other methods of proceedings. Found to be attractive aspects of the arbitral proceedings, as the fact that the parties can choose a panel of the Federal Arbitration Court, and direct the arbitrator, the decision of the Federal Arbitration Court is final and not appealable, the timing of Disputes minimal. The author also notes that the arbitration is confidential, the decisions of the arbitral tribunal guaranteed by law and arbitration procedure is very economical.
