About the creation of Bashkortostan Republic Red book of soils

Soils of the various mountain geomorphological regions of Bashkortostan Republic for the purpose of creation the Red Book of soils are studied. For the first time for the republic the model systematic list for characteristic the soil variety by means of substantive and profile classification of soils is created. Application of new soil classification allowed in essential degree to add data on a variety of soils at highlands and lowlands of South Ural. The obtained morphometric data will serve further verification of new classification.
