About the creating of novel composite material based on metal and silica dioxide nanoparticles

The article deals with questions of metal-dielectric nanocomposite materials synthesis, for example of Cu2O-SiO2. Nanoparticles of Cuprum (I) oxide and Silica dioxide have been made. It was shown that nanoparticles have size less than 100 nm. Composite materials were given by pressing and heating, the materials have been investigated by Solver Next microscope. Creating of materials with Ag as component is planning.
