About special grounds for origin of the rights of the Russian Federation to participate in economic companies

The article proves that the grounds for participation of the Russian Federation in economic companies can be general and special. The work highlights such special grounds for corporate rights acquisition as nationalization, privatization, budget investments, etc. We have come to conclusion that privatization is only one of several grounds for origin of the rights of the state to participate in economic companies. This corresponds to both the general principle of equality of subjects of civil law, and the individual legal norms, in which this principle is embodied.
