The authors of this paper offer a new way of reinforcing the tension of the rope in a prestressed concrete structure. It is also proposed and a new way to control the tension reinforcement. That eventually will extend the service life of products from pre-stressed concrete. Prestressed concrete structures are widely used in industrial, civil and hydraulic engineering, agricultural, military construction. The use of prestressed concrete structures can reduce the consumption of concrete and reinforcement, to increase the fracture toughness and durability of the elements of structures. Especially effective is the use of prestressed concrete structures in large-different buildings: a large span bridges, tall buildings, towers, reactors, etc. The paper proposes completely new methods of tension reinforcement and tension control, which is confirmed by the patent.
