The results of studies of the laser medium stabilization is presented. Comparative analysis of influence of the additives of H, CO2, Xe on decomposition of carbon dioxide in a TEA CO 2 laser is made. The quantities of the additives for a laser mixture composition stabilization and for a TEA CO2 laser long-lived operation under sealed-off conditions are recommended.
