On the formation of the local government institute in Kyrgyzstan: political aspect

The article analyzes the formation of the institution of local self-government, on the example of which the tendencies of decentralization of power, its gradual reform in the context of constitutional reforms are clearly revealed. The positive role of the state in the process of building the optimal model of local government in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as some periods that directly influenced the choice of the existing system, taking into account the theoretical positions in the political sciences and practical actions of LSG bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic, are noted.
