On construction of the second Baikal tunnel on the Baikal natural area

The article presents the technical and economic indicators of the construction of the Baikal tunnel. A situational map-diagram of the construction area of the second Baikal tunnel and the engineering infrastructure of the base site Granitny are shown. In addition, the results of calculations of pollutants emissions into the atmosphere, as well as production and consumption waste generated during the construction process, under the conditions of environmental restrictions in the Baikal natural territory are presented.
