On the essential terms of the marriage contract

The article is devoted to the procedure for concluding a prenuptial agreement, in particular, the author examines the terms of the prenuptial agreement, which the parties must necessarily agree on in order to avoid negative consequences associated with the recognition of such an agreement as not concluded or void.
