About the nature of concepts in the field of prevention of HIV infection

The Article is devoted to one of actual directions of ensuring the right to health - the problem of combating the spread of HIV. It is emphasized that despite the General tendency in the world to reduce incidence, statistics in Russia is still growth. The analysis of the possible reasons for the lack of effectiveness of the measures taken. On the basis of the analysis, in particular, the conclusion about the lack of evaluation in the HIV prevention role of such concepts as "traditional values", "motherhood", "fatherhood", "the institution of the family" and finally, "love in the relations of men and women."
