On the relationship of public youth policy and state youth policy in the activities of youth organizations

The article examines the implementation of youth policy by civic institutions, gives a classification of subjects of public youth policy, on the basis of which the most common subjects are highlighted - youth associations and non-profit organizations that most interact with state youth policy. It also examines the difficulties that subjects of non-state youth policy have to face. The article also presents regulatory documents regulating the activities of youth associations and non-profit organizations.
