On the term "economic security" and its legislative definition

The economic security is one of the forms of the state security. The term was used in foreign countries since the XII century but in Russia it came into usage in the XIX century. However, the given analysis of the Russian legislation reforms allows us to say that the definition “economic security”, revealing all its features, is not formalised on the legislation level in any of the legal acts.
